Harvesting Equipment
As a dedicated differential reaper manufacturer, Sunidhi offers two 5 hp models — Greaves diesel (3-belt) or Honda GX200 petrol (2-belt).
Differential drive with lock turns tightly on headlands and holds traction in wet or loose soil.
Cuts as low as 4 cm with under 0.5% crop loss, running on 700–1000 ml of fuel per hour.

Manufacturer & Exporter
Sunidhi Industries is an ISO 9001 certified differential reaper manufacturer in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Our differential reaper takes the proven 5 hp power reaper platform and adds a differential drive with lock — so headland turns become effortless in small, irregular plots, and traction holds in wet or loose soil. It is the machine farmers ask for when fields are narrow, bunded or awkwardly shaped.
A standard reaper drives both wheels at the same speed, which means every turn at the headland needs muscle. A differential reaper lets the outer wheel turn faster than the inner one, so the machine pivots smoothly instead of being dragged around. The differential lock then couples both wheels together when you need it — in wet paddy fields, loose sand or on a slope where one wheel would otherwise spin.
For farms with plots under two acres, bunded fields or land divided among family members, this single change decides how much of the day is spent cutting versus turning.
Both models run at 3600 RPM on TVS LM45 agricultural tyres, cut as low as 4 cm, average 5 kmph and keep total crop loss under 0.5%. Overall size is 2.5 × 1.5 × 1 metre, in mild steel with engineering-plastic and iron components, controlled by clutch lever and links mechanism.
Wheat, paddy, barley, oats, soybean, mustard, maize, bajra, jowar, ragi, sunflower and green fodder. The 4 cm cutting height recovers maximum straw, which for most farms becomes fodder stock or a saleable commodity instead of residue to burn.
Price depends on the engine option and belt configuration, plus whether you add a seating arrangement. Since we manufacture in-house there is no reseller margin in what you pay, and machinery subsidy is available on reapers in several states. If your fields are large, open and rectangular, the standard self-propelled reaper does the job for less. If your plots are small, bunded, irregular or often wet, the differential model pays for itself in saved time and reduced operator fatigue within a season or two.
